Andrew "Speedy Loc" Munoz was 24 before he died. Born on September 29, 1978. He Suffered a case of cancer. He died on Friday June 6, 2003. Mr. Munoz was a life long resident of Hayward. Speedy Loc was also a member and vice president of the dreaming casually car club, and he worked as an auto transporter for Bay Area Cities Auto Auction for three years.
